I don’t live in Berlin anymore, but you could try shopping for Mountain Dew at Shell/ARAL gas stations or Kaufhaus des Westens (KaDeWe).

here in berlin we have mountain dew, and it tastes no different than the american version.

OK, so for the German version of Mountain Dew (per 100 ml):

calorific value: 213 KJ (50 Kcal)
protein: 0 g
Carbs: 12.5 g
Fat: 0 g

List of ingredients: water, sugar, carbonic acid, citric acid, sodium benzoate, flavor, caffeine, E414, E445, sodium citrate, flavor (again!), ascorbic acid, E102.

I’m so jealous of you. I’ll try to grab some U.S. Mountain Dew at the commissary when I’m home during the holidays.

that are real good news from Germany! So there is still hope. You saved my (future) life.
But I have very bad news for you my fellow: Since Mountain Dew became the most famous drink at the office it’s always empty and the supplies really suck

I love it although (or rather: because) it doesn’t taste as sweet as the U.S. version. I wonder if it contains less sugar. Let’s compare the ingredients. Tom? Frank? Rico? Anyone grab a can of Mountain Dew from the office fridge?

Wow!! Awesome. But the real question is: does it taste like Mountain Dew? If you’ve ever had the American Fanta Orange, you’ll know that what I mean. It doesn’t even appear to be from the same family of products as the German Fanta Orange. So I wonder if Mountain Dew has modified their taste to fit the German market, or if they kept their Dew awesomeness!
