One Hundred push-ups (Week 2, Day 3)



Whoa. I wasn’t able to pass this one. Running three push-ups short of the goal means that I will have to repeat this exercise in two days.

    Don’t worry, that seems to happen on occasion. I had to redo the first one in this week.

    Strange, that the author of hundredpushups.com seems to have adjusted the training plan, so my figures are slightly different.
    I’ll transfer to the adjusted training plan beginning with week 3 after I have passed this exercise and performed the intermediate fitness test.
