One Hundred push-ups (A Short Break)

Status: Yeah, I’m still taking part in the training program, but I’m on a break right now. I’ve been sick the last week and am still taking medication. Therefore I’ll continue the program when I have fully recovered.

One Hundred push-ups (Test after Week 2)

Status: Repeated the last exercise. Passed. Now being able to perform 28 push-ups in a row. Less than I expected after two weeks of training (I only improved by 10 push-ups compared to the initial test). I’ll switch to the updated training plan starting with week 3.

One Hundred push-ups (Week 2, Day 3)

Whoa. I wasn’t able to pass this one. Running three push-ups short of the goal means that I will have to repeat this exercise in two days.

One Hundred push-ups (Week 1, Day 1)

Yes. Me too. The colleagues started it!

My muscles already hurt.

I began the training in level 3 and actually perform the extended body-shaping training program (sit-ups every other day).
