Use 640×480 video resolution for Skype (Mac)
If you’re using the latest version of Skype for Mac (2.5) you will be able to use high-resolution video (640×480) during your Skype calls as described in this hint. Great if you have a high-speed internet connection (video and phone needs about 25KB/s upstream).
